Vilnius, Lithuania, is the 2009 European Capital of Culture and the hot spot for THE WORLD FORUM for Direct Investment 2009, where foreign direct investment deal-makers from all continents will discuss the “multi-polar world” effect on company location decisions, and the global war to attract talent.
