TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Once we have received your registration form you will be sent via email the joining letter, hotel booking information and invoice. Please note that in completing this booking form and sending it, you undertake to adhere to the cancellation policy and payment terms detailed below.

Travel

Travel to the event is not included in the registration fee.

Hotel Accommodation

We have negotiated special rates for you. You are responsible for the payment of your accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

The participation registration is final and irrevocable.  In the case of withdrawal at any time whatsoever and for any reason whatsoever, the signatory to this contract will remain liable for the full amount of his/her participation and for any invoice relating to such; however we can accept a substitute at no extra cost.  In the case of cancellation by Red Hot Locations, you will be offered attendance on an alternative event.  Red Hot Locations shall not be liable for any costs incurred through cancellation due to a force majeure.  The amount of the participation must be paid in accordance with the terms specified in the paragraph ‘PAYMENT TERMS’ on the invoice.
